Friendship Village of Schaumburg Web Redesign and Hubspot Integration

Friendship Village is a senior living community located in Schaumburg, IL. We redesigned the site using Craft CMS during the pandemic and integrated Hubspot's marketing automation tools and live chat. Working through UX sessions, we came up with many different conceptual designs. Based on their internal workflow, we built out the back end to use Craft's custom fields and developed a template structure to output all of the various content types using Twig. The web forms on the site are powered by Hubspot, using their behavioral metrics to trigger various email workflows. We also partnered with a 3D floor-plan company and built out a floor-plan gallery to showcase their virtual rooms. Live chat opened up the site to a more accessible communications pathway which helped facilitate tours during lockdown. In all, we boosted traffic considerably and provided a new stream of web leads for the community.
